Arx is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will maintain and expand relationships with strategically important current and target customers. The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. The Strategic Account Manager represents the entire range of Arx products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by Arx.

The Strategic Account Manager will work in a fast-paced environment to support essential operations of the Sales organization. This position will be located in the Auburn Hills, MI office (except while remote operations continue during COVID protocols) and work closely with the Sales and Sales Support teams and report to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Responsibilities

Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts

Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.

Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant Business or Information Technology field.

Minimum ten years of strategic sales experience in a business-to business sales environment.

Ability to occasionally travel to trade shows, sales conferences and other sales-related events.

Ability to handle multiple projects at once and manage projects through to completion; a focus on deadlines and details.

Experience with Hubspot CRM a plus

Solid knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products

The Business Development Representative will work in a fast-paced environment to support essential operations of the Sales organization. This position will be located in the Auburn Hills, MI office (except while remote operations continue during COVID protocols) and work closely with the Sales and Sales Support teams to support the day-to-day operations of the team. Responsibilities:

Maintain Hubspot CRM with competitor information/contact/statistics

Develop understanding of the competitive landscape in the market and Tyler messaging around assigned software product lines

Work with leadership on reporting to provide visibility of Business Development activities

Assist with updates to sales intelligence, competitor profiles and other competitive intel requests

Monitor and report on follow up of qualified leads by Sales reps

The Sales Support Administrator will work in a fast-paced environment to support essential operations of the Sales organization. This position will be located in the Auburn Hills, MI office (except while remote operations continue during COVID protocols) and work closely with the Sales and Sales Support teams to support the day-to-day operations of the team. The primary responsibilities of this role will include administrative support of the Sales team including the CRO, Sales Reps, and Sales Support staff, as well as facilitating all contracts with our legal teams. The successful candidate will operate with a sense of urgency and efficiency needed to enable the Sales organization to generate as much productivity as possible. This individual will need to use good judgment and experience to proactively resolve issues or seek solutions and operate independently where appropriate.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced administrative support to key staff members, including booking travel, submitting expenses, supporting coordination of scheduling as needed. Anticipate needs by handling administrative requests independently and route requests appropriately.

Support the Sales team as it expands and grows as it relates to space coordination, seat assignment, office space logistics and communicating and facilitating the needs and liaising with the facilities team on these needs.

Support onboarding and offboarding activities of Sales team members.

Coordinate onsite or virtual training, workshops, meetings, etc.

Serve as the administrative liaison between the Sales team, the Legal teams, and Accounting. Ensure all internal steps are routed appropriately for efficient completion of the contracting process.

Facilitate the contract process by understanding and alleviating common contract issues; requires interaction with accounting and legal.

Create contract templates and Investment Summaries, route contracts for signature, and file contracts with Accounting.

Maintain knowledge of our products, services, and pricing models.

Identify issues and propose solutions to improve the productivity and efficiency of the Sales team as it relates to Sales Operations or administrative support.

Handle internal and external matters with confidentiality and time sensitivity.

Qualifications

Overview

Arx is seeking a Customer Success Project Manager to join our team. You will thrive here if you are highly self-motivated and self-directed in your professional work, and you consider your end users to be of highest importance. The Customer Success Project Manager will work in a fast-paced environment to support Customer Deployment by managing Arx’s customer base and corresponding projects. You will also work directly with the Director of Customer Success to ensure communication of all project elements, and timely and successful customer launches.

This position will work closely with the Customer Success team, and be preferably located in the Auburn Hills, MI office (except while remote operations continue during COVID protocols, and, or if, a remote option is found).

Responsibilities

• Quickly build a clear understanding of our existing and target customers, platform, and features

• Work with the Director of Customer Success to play an integral role in the deployment process

• Manage multiple engagements and work on cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment, while maintaining devotion to detail-oriented work

Experience:

• Deep knowledge of project management processes, tools, and technologies including Zoho Project, Zoho Sprint, JIRA, Trello Confluence, Service Desk, and/or any SCM systems

• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and manage projects through to completion with a focus on deadlines and details
